Sausage Gravy

 1 lb breakfast sausage
  cup flour
 3 cups whole milk(add more as needed)
 ½ tsp seasoned salt
 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Add small pieces of raw sausage to bottom of skillet. Browning, crumble the sausage over medium-high heat until done.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Sprinkle in half of the flour. Allow the sausage to soak up the flour, then add more, little by little. Cook for another minute or so, then pour in milk, stirring constantly.

Cook gravy until it thickens, stirring often. Add seasoning and milk to your liking. Spoon sausage gravy over warm biscuits and serve immediately.
