Empty the two pudding boxes into a large bowl. Add the milk and mix by hand.
Add the thawed tub of Cool Whip to the pudding mixture and fold in.
Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with a single layer of graham crackers. Then spread a layer of pudding mixture. And repeat the layering process until all the pudding is used - ending with a layer of graham crackers covering the top.
Open the frosting tub (remembering to remove ALL of the metal covering that peels back). If you get all of the lid removed, you can microwave for 30 seconds at a time in the tub. Stir and make sure it is pouring consistency. Pour over the entire top layer of graham crackers, making a thin smooth layer covering everything.
It is finished as is. Feel free to garnish with crushed graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
